Overview

• We support class actions by gathering evidence to prove corporate fraud and scienter allegations per PSLRA (Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995).

We don't use high handed techniques, but sincerely answer any concerns that witnesses might have. We have decades of experience helping witnesses with issues such as employee confidentiality agreements. Principal

• Dave Dees is our Chief Class Action Specialist. He has over 25 years senior executive experience working inside some of the largest corporations in the world. Dave is a California licensed Private Investigator. He also has an MBA and a BS in Computer Science. His in-depth financial, operational, and technical knowledge of corporations has been a deciding factor in 200+ class actions which have resulted in billions of dollars in settlements for stockholders.

Resources

• We have in-house technical experts who have developed and maintain our own proprietary research system.
• We purchase access to a variety of databases and also maintain an extensive presence on the web via "social networks". These web resources allow us to quickly locate witnesses who can help us.
• Our computer network is secure and meets the standards for protection of confidential information utilizing encryption and NTFS operating systems.

• Mortgage and Banking industries specifically including Credit Default Swaps, Collateralized Debt Obligations, Asset Backed Securities, and Morgage Backed Securities.
